A puzzle should be the interesting part. If something around it gets in the way, these practical notes may help you get back to a comfortable visit.
First, open the right door.
Rune Memory, Starlight Merge and Prism Breaker open as complete guest games. Other Play links ask you to log in and return you to your chosen game afterwards. Registration is free; email confirmation is not required to play.
Every game has a public automatic preview. Open one from its card to see the actual rules in motion without creating a personal record. Close the dialog to return to your place in the catalogue.
If a move will not happen.
Check the visible instructions and selection state. A fixed clue cannot be changed, a gate must leave a route to each goal, and a card must be exposed before it can be played. Paused or finished games do not accept board moves.
Wonderworks and Crystal Chapters offer Undo and Restart. A failed deduction check usually leaves the board open; mistakes with a terminal outcome are explained in that game’s instructions. Restart begins another attempt.
If you need to return later.
Wait for the save status, then use Continue saved round on your next visit. Account saves follow your login; guest progress stays in this browser. Recent moves may be lost after an abrupt closure.
A conflict means another tab or device has written a newer save. Reopen the game before continuing. If a result cannot sync immediately, it is queued on this device for a later signed-in player visit.
Tell us what actually happened.
Contact accepts game, account, privacy and accessibility requests. Include the game title, page, device, action and visible message. The form returns a reference when the request has been stored.
This local build stores support requests but does not send email. Keep the reference. Never include a password, payment details or unrelated personal information.
