THE IDEA.

Assign one house to each cloud spirit using the displayed preference lists. Every house hosts exactly one spirit. A pairing is stable when there is no spirit and house that both prefer one another to their current partner. House preferences rank the spirits. Check the complete matching; more than one stable answer may be possible.
